Blog 8: A subject you enjoyed studying this semester
¡Hi everyone!
Today I will talk to you about the industry that I have
liked the most so far that is "Processes and Prototypes I". It is a
theory-practical bouquet where we see graphic elements and also learn about
editorial design. In the field, we design the graphic image of different things,
for example, a book, the advertising of a festival, among other things.
What we mainly see in the field are types of printing,
binding, types of brochures, such as using editorial programs such as InDesign,
etc. They also teach us how to build a book, from the moment of printing, until
the moment it is packed to send to bookstores. (Experience Design). The only
thing I'm not going to be able to learn this year from the context we are is
screenprinting.
What I like most about this class, is that you learn to see
things differently, that is, to develop a more critical eye. For example, when looking
at a book, one can know what type of printing they used, type of binding, pay
more attention to detail, etc.
That's it for today's blog, I hope you like it.
